It is sweeter and more floral than “Raureif Verjus and rowanberry” and is also ideal as a refreshing drink for gourmets, a high-quality filler for long drinks and a charming accompaniment to all kinds of food.

In the world’s best kitchens, verjus is used as a fine condiment or as a histamine-free aperitif. This gave rise to the idea of mixing the unripe grape juice with selected berries to give the refreshment more flavor.

After much experimentation, the perfect recipe was found: The delicately tart rowan berry balances out the sweetness of the elderberry and the aronia berry is a must because of its precious ingredients.
Without long transport routes or the addition of artificial colors, flavors and sugar, the drink not only convinces health-conscious gourmets, individualists and creative minds.
