Dri.Ver! Rosé is a dealcoholized wine with verjus in rosé colors alcohol-free with an alcohol content of <0.2% vol. It is a non-alcoholic mixed drink based on dealcoholized wine made from Pinot Noir and Dornfelder grapes and rounded off with 20% verjus.
This Dri.Ver! Rosé is the answer to balmy summer nights. The Dri.Ver! – Rosé is the alcohol-free alternative for
every rosé lover. The fine acidity of the verjus is buffered with a slight residual sweetness.
Verjus is the juice of unripe grapes and naturally contains a high level of
antioxidants and polyphenols. This is why it has been used as a condiment and
remedy since ancient times. In Dri.Ver! Rosé, it provides the necessary freshness and harmonizes
perfectly with the delicate cuvée of Pinot Noir and Dornfelder.
