Low-histamine Bolognese with Verjus

Ingredients
- 400 g Minced beef
- 1 Glass Basic paprika
- 1 tsp italien spices (Oregano, Thyme, Basil)
- 1/2 tsp paprika powder (sweet)
- 1 Onion white
- 3 tbsp Rapeseed oil
- 1 Pinch Salt as you like it
Instructions
- Cut the onion into cubes.Heat the rapeseed oil in a deep pan, then fry the mince with the onion.Meanwhile, season with a little salt, sweet paprika powder and the dried herbs.Add the jar of basic paprika and simmer the Bolognese sauce for 5 minutes.
