Low-histamine Bolognese with Verjus

Ingredients
  

  • 400 g Minced beef
  • 1 Glass Basic paprika
  • 1 tsp italien spices (Oregano, Thyme, Basil)
  • 1/2 tsp paprika powder (sweet)
  • 1 Onion white
  • 3 tbsp Rapeseed oil
  • 1 Pinch Salt as you like it

Instructions
 

  • Cut the onion into cubes.
    Heat the rapeseed oil in a deep pan, then fry the mince with the onion.
    Meanwhile, season with a little salt, sweet paprika powder and the dried herbs.
    Add the jar of basic paprika and simmer the Bolognese sauce for 5 minutes.
